Monty and Julie Carlson of Minnesota registered this large size (20 inches tall by 45 inches wide)
hybrid of H. 'Urajiro Hachijo' × H. 'Potomac Pride' in 2013. The
leaves are intensely blue-green, nearly round, moderately
cupped, slightly twisted, moderately folded and heavily
corrugated. Pure white, tubular flowers bloom from June into
July. It sets viable seeds.
