this small to medium size (12 inches high by 24 inches
wide) cultivar is an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Touch
of Class'. It is a slow growing hosta with intensely
blue-green foliage. The leaves are moderately twisted,
wavy, ovate, glaucous on top and deeply folded overall.
Pale lavender flowers bloom in July on scapes 16 to 18
inches tall. The
registration materials state: "...Very blue leaves
with heavy substance that are twisted and folded like a
Bird of Paradise plant.." |
