This is a hybrid of H. 'Elegans' × H. 'Frances Williams' was registered by Loleta Powell of Powell's Iris Haven in North Carolina in 1977. It grows into a giant size hosta between 30-36 inches high with a spread of about 30-36 inches. The foliage is deep blue in color, corrugated and cupped. It bears white flowers from late June into July.
