This cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sieboldiana' which was registered by Phyllis Kedl of Minnesota in 2002. It is an upright growing, large size plant (20 inches high by 48 inches wide) with blue-green foliage. The leaves are wavy, shiny on top and have a metallic sheen. White flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
