Originated by
Steve Schulte
of Foxfire Gardens in Wisconsin, this non-registered
cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a small size plant about 8 inches high by 20
inches wide. The foliage is medium gold colored,
slightly wavy and narrowly ovate. Leaves turn more green
as the summer progresses. Its medium purple flowers
bloom in July on scapes about 10 inches tall. According to

Mark Zilis (2009), "...offers
attractively dense mound habit, contrasting purple
flowers, and gold foliage. It also has an excellent
growth rate."
