this fast growing, medium size (14 inches high by 30
inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Curly
Fries' ×
H. 'Astral Bliss'. It is a medium green plant
with heavily rippled margins. The leaves are slightly
shiny on top, lanceolate in shape and heavily wavy. Pale
lavender, bell-shaped flowers bloom in August on red
speckled scapes 22 to 28 inches tall. This cultivar sets
viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "...Upright form and
wavy margins with a dusky spring color...Later season
leaves tend to be yellowish in the center." |
