A sport of H. 'Brigadier' is a medium size cultivar (18 inches high by 30 inches wide) which was registered by Loleta Powell of Powell's Iris Haven in North Carolina in 2013. The medium green foliage has golden yellow marginal variegation. Its leaves are lightly corrugated, flat and slightly shiny on top with petioles that are slightly convex. Pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers bloom from June into July. It sets viable seeds.
