this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Amos'. It is a
giant size hosta about 38 inches tall with a spread of
around 54 inches. The broadly ovate foliage is medium
green is moderately cupped, folded, wavy, corrugated and slightly twisted overall. It is glaucous on the top and
bottom. Near white flowers on scapes up to 48 inches
tall bloom from June into July followed by viable seeds.
The registration materials state: "...Tall petioles
and cupped, corrugated, wavy leaves make a grand
display, and is a good breeder." |
