Originated by Mark Zilis of Illinois but registered in 2015 by Jim Schwarz on his behalf, this
upright growing cultivar
is of unidentified parentage. It is a fast growing, giant
size hosta about 28 inches high by 38 inches wide. The
leaves are medium green in color, broadly ovate,
moderately corrugated, deeply wavy and slightly shiny on
top with a twisted tip. Tubular shape leaves bloom from
mid-July into August.
According to the registration materials: "...large, upright, piecrust edges, deep veins, uniquely
swirled flowers..."
