Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of
Bellville, Ohio but registered in 2015 by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward on his behalf, this cultivar
is of unidentified parentage. This is a giant size hosta
which grows up to 32 inches high with a spread of around
48 inches with intensely blue-green foliage. The leaves
are broadly ovate, heavily corrugated and dull on top.
Bell shape flowers bloom from June into July. According to the registration materials: "...huge, dark, heavily corrugated leaf..."
