This upright growing sport of H. 'Beatrice' was originated by Wm Zumbar of Ohio but registered on his behalf by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. It forms a small size mound of dark green foliage that is streaked with white which often stabilizes with a white marginal variegation. The leaves are elliptic, shiny on top and flat at the margins. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from mid-July into August. It sets viable seeds.
