Of unidentified origin, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium to large size
(about 24 inches tall by 24 to 36 inches wide) hosta
with bright golden-yellow, slightly wavy foliage. The
foliage opens chartreuse in color and changes to
golden-yellow as the season progresses. Bell-shaped,
pale lavender flowers bloom in July. One source called
H. 'Autumn Moon' an H. 'Sieboldiana'
type of hosta.
