There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo, it appears to be a medium size hosta with light green leaves and white marginal variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Gerardus Heemskerk of Heemskerk Vaste Planten in the Netherlands.

This might actually be a hosta named H. 'Anne' which was originated by Heemskerk.
