Charles Seaver of Delaware registered this seedling of H. 'Sea Lotus Leaf' in 1996. It is a medium size plant that grows around 16 inches in height with a spread of 30 inches. The blue-green foliage has an upright growth habit. From late June into July, it bears deep purple, bell-shaped flowers.
