A sport of H. 'Hawaiian
Luau', this medium size (18 inches high by 30 inches
wide) cultivar was originated by
Mark Zilis of Illinois and registered by
Jim Schwarz of
Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by
Uniquely
Hostas of Wisconsin) in 2015. The dark green
foliage has a yellow marginal variegation with leaves
that are flat, narrowly elliptic, moderately wavy and
slightly shiny on top with thick substance. Its pale
lavender flowers bloom from mid-August into October.
