A sport of H. 'Striptease', this large size cultivar was registered by Richard and Mary Ford of England in 2006. The green leaves have a yellow medial (center) variegation. It bears pale lavender flowers from mid-July into August.

From The Hosta Journal, Vol. 39 No. 1 Pg 34 -  2008: "You may be familiar with the English garden personality Alan Titmarsh from the garden makeover show Ground Force. The hosta the bears his name has a bright yellow leaf center and a green margin that is somewhat wider than in 'Striptease'. By the end of the season, the center often fades to white...is comparable to 'T-Dawg'..."
