This open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Neat Splash' was originated by Dr. Doug Beilstein of Ohio and registered by Alex Malloy of New York in 2005. It forms a miniature size mound of green foliage with a white marginal variegation. In July, it bears purple flowers.
