Found in the wilds of Korea by Tony Avent of Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina, this non-registered hosta is a sport of H. venusta.  According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...this plant distinguishes itself from the widely-grown, dwarf clone of Hosta venusta by its larger size and its lavender, rather than purple, flowers."
