				  This
				cultivar
				was originated by
David Stone of Connecticut and registered by
Henry Payne of Piedmont Gardens in Connecticut in
1982. It is of unidentified parentage but according to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), it is "Most likely it is a seedling of
H. nakaiana."
This is a medium size (17 inches high) mound of heart shaped foliage that is slightly wavy and
corrugated. It forms pale lavender, bell-shape flowers in July with many
				blooms per scape.

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by
				Diana
Grenfell (2009) states: "Has never become a favorite in spite of receiving the
Alex J. Summers
Distinguished Merit Hosta Award in 1982."
