this fast growing, small size (7 inches high by 16
inches wide) cultivar is
a
sport of H. 'Grand Prize'. It is a dark green hosta with creamy white medial (center) variegation. The
foliage is slightly rippled and dull on top. Pale
lavender flowers with white stripes bloom from mid-July
into August on scapes about 16 inches tall. It sets
seeds but their viability was unknown at the time of
registration.
The registration materials state: "...Interesting
streaking through the green portion of the leaves." |
