Ruff of
Minnesota in 2016, this medium size (13 inches high by
28 inches wide) cultivar is a sport of H. 'Venetian
Lace'. The foliage is medium blue-green with a creamy
white marginal variegation. Its leaves are lightly wavy,
broadly ovate and dull on top. Tubular flowers bloom
from June into July on scapes up to 20 inches tall.
The registration materials state: "Creamy white margin
turns minty green. Rippled edge, clean symmetrical mound
shape...emerges creamy white and changes to
minty green..." |
