Registered by Don Dean of Minnesota in 2009, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Breeder's Choice' × H. 'Blue Jay'.
This small size hosta grows to about 9 inches in height
but spreads to around 30 inches in diameter. Its
blue-green foliage has an irregular yellow to creamy
white marginal variegation. The leaves are ovate,
moderately wavy, slightly twisted, slightly folded and
dull on top. Its flowers bloom from June into July on
scapes up to 18 inches tall. According to the registration materials: "...folded
tapered leaf base appears like a heart; wide margin with
2 to 3 other colors of overlap, irregularly placed,
quite fast growing mound, heavy substance..."
