This is a non-registered seedling selection from Gladys Holly in the 1960s and developed by Eunice V. Fisher of Wisconsin.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), this cultivar has "...a compact mound of 'Crispula' like foliage that stays chartreuse (yellow-green) all season long...have never seen in a garden; not available for sale; may no longer exist."
