sport of H. 'Grand Tiara' was registered by
Walters Gardens,
Inc. of Michigan in 1998. It forms a medium size mound with bright to medium
color foliage. The leaves are slightly wavy. Purple flowers
bloom from mid-July into August. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...exhibits
tetraploid properties. It has much thicker
substance than 'Golden Scepter'..."
